All content on this website (text, visuals, logo, code, animations) is the exclusive property of Zerendi Investment SASU. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website is prohibited without the prior written consent of Zerendi Investment SASU.

The Zerendi Studio brand, logotype and associated visual identity are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Websites created for clients through the Zerendi Studio platform belong to the clients who ordered them as soon as payment in full has been received. Zerendi Investment SASU retains the right to mention them as a commercial reference, unless the client requests otherwise.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), Zerendi Investment SASU collects and processes personal data strictly for the purpose of providing its services.

Data collected:

• Identification information (surname, first name, email address)
• Company information (company name, company registration number, address, VAT number)
• Content provided for the creation of the website (text, logo, photos)
• Payment data processed by Stripe (no card data stored)
• Browsing data (logs, IP address) for security purposes

Purposes of processing: performance of the website creation contract, invoicing, communication relating to the order, improvement of the service.

Retention period: client data are kept for 5 years from the last order, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations. Browsing data: 12 months maximum.

Service providers and recipients: to provide its services, Zerendi Investment SASU uses the following service providers, which may process certain data: Netlify (hosting), Render (application server), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI generation), Gandi (domain name registration and DNS), Zoho (professional mailboxes), Google Analytics and Meta (audience measurement and advertising). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@zerendi.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Non-essential cookies and trackers (analytics and advertising) are only set once you have agreed, through the banner shown on your first visit. Until you make a choice, or if you reject them, no Google Analytics or Meta script is loaded. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and your choice is kept for 6 months.

Strictly necessary cookies (always on):

• Session — Client Area login (browser local storage, until you log out)
• Stripe.js — fraud prevention during payment (duration: session)
• Consent choice — remembers your cookie preferences (local storage zc_consent, 6 months)
• Referral — credits an order to an affiliate partner when you arrive through their link (zd_ref, 30 days)

Cookies that require your consent:

• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): page views, traffic sources, visit statistics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 13 months)
• Advertising — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measuring how well our ads perform on Facebook and Instagram (_fbp, _fbc, 3 months)

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: Manage cookies. Withdrawing deletes the cookies concerned. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect how the Client Area works.
