Paste the address of a product or service page. Zerendi reads the page and pulls out the title, the text, the price and the largest usable image. If the page can't be read — some shops block robots — you provide an image and a title, and the result is exactly the same.

Four stories are credited to you when you open your account, with no credit card and no commitment. They are valid for thirty days from the first story you produce. Composing, previewing and saving drafts costs nothing: only a video that is actually produced is counted. Once that period is over, or once all four are used, you choose a plan if you wish — and your drafts stay intact either way.
No. Zerendi Stories is a standalone service. You create an account, open your stories space, and that's it. If you already have a website with us, it's the same account and the same password.
It happens, and it's planned for. Some shops block automatic reading, others build their content in the browser, and others don't have an image large enough for a vertical format. In that case the editor switches to manual mode on its own: you upload an image and write a title. You'll never see a technical error message, and the story produced is identical.
At least 600 pixels wide. Below that, the image turns blurry once scaled up to 1080 pixels, and the result does your product a disservice. The editor checks the file's real size, not the size the page claims — the two often differ.
Yes, everything can be edited: title, headline, subtitle, price, features, button text, end signature. What comes from the page is presented to you as a suggestion, never as a decision.
No. Composing, previewing and saving drafts costs nothing. Only producing a video file is counted against your monthly plan.
